Nicolas designs, costs and builds digital infrastructure. Data centres, private cloud, information system mergers and carve-outs: he runs the projects nobody wants to see slip.
More than twenty years carrying infrastructure projects end to end: opportunity study, techno-economic model, build, commissioning.
He designed and built the private cloud of an international industrial group, defined its service catalogue and rolled it out across the group's entities, before taking charge of its governance, its chargeback and its carbon footprint. In a listed group, he led the reduction of infrastructure costs, then the merger of two groups' infrastructures, then their separation into two independent entities. For a European financial services firm, he designed a production data centre and ran the migration of an information system kept in live operation. At an insurer, he led the merger of information systems as part of a combination.
On an interim management assignment, he reorganised a PMO team responsible for a portfolio of several hundred projects, then handed responsibility to an internal manager. Accredited trainer. IHEDN auditor.
Jean-Philippe Coste

Jean-Philippe leads cybersecurity programmes in regulated environments. Governance, compliance, continuity: he turns obligations into arrangements that hold.
More than twenty years directing cybersecurity programmes in sectors where compliance is not negotiable: banking, insurance, healthcare.
In a European financial institution, he led the cybersecurity programme and defined the security policies applicable to artificial intelligence and Big Data, a field in which very few security officers hold any real experience. At a European healthcare operator, he secured the cloud, deployed a security operations centre and rebuilt the business continuity and disaster recovery plan. Supporting chief information security officers, he harmonised policies and controls and carried out regulatory remediation. He defined the governance and risk management of a cyber programme run alongside an information system merger, and led a banking combination project from the angle of remediation and resilience.
