Our values
Four values, and what they change in practice
A value that does not show up in a consultant's daily work is not a value, it is a brochure. Here are ours, with their operational counterpart.
Commitment
The client's needs come before the comfort of the engagement. We commit to deliverables, not to man-days.
For you: you own a scope, not a line on a purchase order.
Simplicity
Simple, direct solutions, explained in the client's own vocabulary. Jargon rarely serves the client, and never the decision.
For you: no in-house method to learn before you can be useful.
Transparency
Open communication at every stage, including when the finding is bad. That is what makes a recommendation usable.
For you: you know how your engagement is sold and at what price.
Adaptability
Staying responsive to economic, regulatory and environmental change in the market. A two-partner firm has no other choice, and that is an advantage.
For you: a proposal is decided in days, not in committees.
Our commitments
What we owe you, and what can be checked
01
Training, twice a year
We commit to training you at least twice a year, and we pay a bonus for every professional certification obtained. Expertise that is not renewed expires within eighteen months, and that is as true for the firm as for you.
02
A consultancy, not a body shop
No salespeople, no dedicated recruiters. The client relationship is carried by those who deliver, which means giving you responsibility for your scope rather than placing you somewhere.
03
Complete independence
We sell no third-party solution, represent no vendor and hold no reseller agreement. You will never have to defend a technology because a partnership requires it.
04
The client's fundamental interests
Our clients' digital sovereignty and information assets are a constant concern. They are decision criteria, not selling points.

A CV is enough. Two paragraphs on what you have led is better.
